Maybe it doesn’t sound very important, but winning aerial challenges in games against CPU can be very, very important. Losing them can often lead to CPU scoring. And I had a serious problem with winning headers against CPU. They won, I’d say, around 80% of all aerial challenges.

I tried moving my player with super cancel around, but it didn’t help. Yesterday, I don’t know why, I tried jumping while holding RT with my usual X (A) (I release X right before the ball comes to head). 15 or so games later, I can confirm that now I win many more headers than before. I still don’t know why.
